Objetives

 

This course re-examines classic development economics questions through the lens of behavioral and cultural economics. Behavioral approaches go beyond average treatment effects to uncover the mechanisms driving outcomes, while cultural approaches draw on anthropology, political science, and history to highlight how context, institutions, and power shape development questions.
