We are very pleased to welcome four new assistant professors at CEMFI: Bruno Fava (Northwestern University) in econometrics; Florencia Hnilo (Stanford University) in economic development and economic history; Alex Osberghaus (University of Zurich) in financial economics; and Anders Yding (Berkeley) in macroeconomics. Bruno and Anders will join CEMFI after one-year postdoc positions at the University of Chicago and Columbia University, respectively.
