The 2025 Maurice Allais Economics Prize award ceremony took place on May 27 at the MINES Paris – PSL “Grande Ecole”.

The Prize was awarded to Gilles Duranton, Professor at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and Diego Puga, Professor at CEMFI for their paper entitled “Urban growth and its aggregate implications” published in Econometrica (2023).
